Our Vision

At THERAPY: Sauna + Plunge, we believe in the power of holistic healing. Our therapies combine traditional practices with modern techniques to promote overall wellness.

Residential Contrast Therapy

We work closely with clients to bring their design vision and capacity requirements to life. Each sauna and cold plunge is meticulously designed using advanced 3D modeling, ensuring approved renderings and detailed drawings are provided before construction begins. Fabrication is completed offsite, with final delivery and assembly taking place onsite.

Studio Contrast Therapy

We are in the midst of designing a communal space where clients can fully immerse themselves with the benefits of Contrast Therapy.


We plan to offer flexible pricing options, including single session rates, 5-session packages, 10-session packages, and unlimited monthly session packages. Pricing details will be announced as soon as our location is found.

Turning Dreams into Reality

Insulated glass sauna utilizing a concrete base designed to retain warmth at the bottom. The exterior wood is designed in panels and are easily removable to simplify the cleaning process.

     We are proud to embrace a creative and unconventional approach. Traditional saunas are typically constructed with cedar timber and standard designs. However, we elevate the Contrast Therapy experience by incorporating unique, non-traditional materials to create a luxurious and serene atmosphere.

     Our custom saunas are designed using premium Cumaru wood, lovingly called 'Brazilian Teak.' 


    The wood's tight grain and natural oils make it incredibly dense and durable. Its impressive resistance to rot, decay, and marine organisms ensures it’s perfect for aquatic settings like docks, decks, piers or pool applications.

      While vacationing in San Jose del Cabo, we sought a place to rejuvenate our bodies using Contrast Therapy. However, we quickly realized that such opportunities were missing within the community. After relocating to San José del Cabo in 2024, our commitment to regularly connecting with our body, mind, and breath became even more essential. This realization inspired the creation of THERAPY: Sauna + Plunge.
